247recruit Launch iGoogle Job Widgets

Google continue to launch a range of innovative new developments on a regular basis. 247recuit havve just launched an iGoogle application that has developed a series of "Job Search Widgets" that allow candidates to embed a small search panel with our latest job vacancies on their personalised "iGoogle" home page. 247recruit have promoted this new free service to their large candidate database and they have been delighted with the uptake. The iGoogle widget updates every time users refresh their home page to give them the latest jobs straight on their screen. 247recruit have developed a different widget for each of our specialist job sites.

The 247 technical team are working on some exciting new candidate management tools which they are hoping to launch later this year. These tools are designed to make it easier for clients who handle a large volume of applications to create online application forms, sift applicants, create shortlists, schedule interviews and send group emails at each stage of the recruitment process. Further details will be announced during April 09.
